Feeling good is the tip of the iceberg to the feeling of being in flow. On a scale of all human experience it doesn't beat extacy, but then again extacy is not a physiologically sustainable experience, whereas flow is. Imminently so.
By its nature reality doesn't as much beat around the bush as bash you over the head. Nothing to do with you, but it often hurts if it hits you head on.
Flow is the resonance of relevance we share
Nothing shared, nothing gained the wisdom goes.
What goes around come around they say and they are right. Perhaps not because they believe it but because its hard not to notice.
